Position Tile: Spanish Bilingual Accounts Receivable
Salary: $15 per hour
Reports to: Client, Account Manager
Primary Relationship: Client Team
Date: September 2022
Schedule: US Business Hours
Responsibilities:
Enter and post monthly receivable payments
Review monthly accounts for accuracy
Make adjustments to accounts as needed.
Make outgoing calls to customers regarding outstanding balances
Receive calls from customers regarding their account
Prepare, verify and upload invoice statements
Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
Minimum three (3) year experience in the field of accounting
Sage 100 Experience
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
General accounting experience in accounts receivable.
General understanding of General Ledger and journal entries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
Detail and deadline oriented
