Job Description
Job Summary:
Possess a bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture with minimum of 5 years solid experience in the field of Architecture or Interior Design.
Perform project design support functions, create and develop occupancy plans, prepare test fits, concept design, single line drawings and other project definition documentation.
Develop planning and design thru BIM software, i.e. Revit or equivalent.
Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM execution plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
Develop accurate project design documentation and extract data thru BIM platform based on approved design development plans/documents.
Creation of templates, families, and automation of BIM process.
Support the monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance of the BIM/Revit models.
Adheres to company's (or client) technical and graphic standards.
Ability to export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally.
Maintain project BIM/Revit files in accordance with company's and/or client's procedures.
Detailing new or revised legacy CAD drawings utilizing drafting, and manufacturing processes fundamentals. This includes interpreting customer's new drawing or change requests, standards, specifications, and other instructions as applicable.
Update legacy CAD drawings and the platform to reflect additions and changes to building layouts.
Work to meet project commitments related to time constraints on deliverables and quality expectations. Able to meet deadlines and able to work alone or with a team. Ensuring that the projects needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
