Job Description
• Responsible to do the Managing Director and General Manager for the efficient operations of the entire company's spa activities.
• Implement and maintain controls and procedures to ensure the highest standards, efficiencies and professionals operations are in place within the spa.
• Ensure financially stable Spa by working within budgeting guidelines, controlling operating costs and maximizing sales awareness within the team.
• Managing day-to-day activities of organization's spa branches, analyzing statistics, writing reports and come up with the effective recommendations.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy, or any related Business Management diploma/courses; preferably with strong Sales & Marketing background and Leadership skills.
