Bachelor's degree in hospitality, recreation, business or a related field.
10+ years' experience in hotel/resort management.
Proven track record of successful revenue generation.
Strong understanding of financial statements and budgeting process.
Passionate and has a strong knowledge about the Spa and Hotel.
Willing to deliver the best service and experience to our guests.
Demonstrated strong leadership, team, and communication skills are essential.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
