Job Summary:
 
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Golden Peak Hotel and Suites in Cebu. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in the kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef to create menus, manage inventory, and ensure that all menus are prepared to the highest standards.
 
Job Qualifications:
Hotel Management Graduate or Culinary Degree with a minimum 3 years certification.
Has proven experience as a Sous Chef.
With at least 5 year of experience cooking in a well-established restaurant or full-service hotel
Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in managing kitchen staff and maintaining a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with kitchen hygiene and safety regulations.
Passion for culinary arts and creativity in menu planning and presentation.
