Description
The successful applicant shall be the one who organizes kitchen operations and prepares and serves a range of dishes, whilst supervising junior members of the Kitchen Brigade. Adheres to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. Promotes the desired work culture around the core values: Integrity, Passion, Ownership, Innovation and Teamwork
- Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related course;
- Supervisory experience of at least two (2) years in a similar role;
- Familiar with Opera, Fidelio and MS Office applications;
- Above average communication skills in both Filipino and English.
