Job Description
Assist the head chef in menu planning and recipe development.
Manage kitchen operations and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that they adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working condition and that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records of food costs.
Assist with special events and private dining experiences.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure that the kitchen is compliant with all local, state, and federal laws.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management; Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate must have premium dining experience.
Additional Information:
We need Sous Chef with Chinese Cuisine experience of at least 3 yrs.
