As a Sourcing Specialist, you are RESPONSIBLE for the following:
Generate candidates through various sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates
Manage sourcing platforms and job boards
Liase with account managers from different job boards in posting and maintaining our ads, and making sure we utilize our subsciption
Coordinate with Marketing re: social media recruitment and recruitment collaterals for events
Come up with creative Employee Referral activities and weekly posting of urgent positions
Keep up-to-date with new sourcing strategies
Prepare sourcing reports
Always on the look out for tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

Have at least 7 years work experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably some years in the IT industry
Have excellent English communication skills
Are tech savvy with experience in applicant tracking systems, databases, and excel report
Have an aptitude for learning new tools
Have effective negotiation skills
