Sourcing Specialist Trainee
Training Period: 2 to 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday (hours TBD) for 3 weeks
Offer is open for negotiation
Once the candidate passes the training, it will be converted to a full-time position

About the Role:
To be successful in this role, We will provide a 3-week sourcing program where you will learn different sourcing techniques from non-technical to technical roles. Certification will be provided once you have completed the training program. The successful trainee will also be included in the hot candidates' list where you can be profiled to our clients.
Once you passed the internship/probationary period, the Sourcing Specialist is expected to build a healthy pipeline of candidates across different roles and industries by sourcing and screening candidates through different online portals and job boards.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Recruitment team to design, calibrate and execute sourcing plans appropriate to meet goals including building a healthy talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Use online platforms, social media networks, and different job portals (Database, OnlineJobs.ph, Builder, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to look for and connect with potential candidates
Interact with target professionals on niche platforms
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
Log and manage candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill
Conduct initial phone screening for sourced candidates and endorse them to the Recruitment Specialist/s for video interviews
Support in other administrative functions as needed
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of solid strategic sourcing experience for a wide variety of roles including non-agent, technical or IT, and other corporate positions
Previous online or offshore Sourcing and/or Recruitment experience and capacity is an advantage
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
With the desire and capacity to achieve high-volume recruiting goals under tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates easily
Skills in strategic sourcing and effective preliminary screening thru phone interviews
Proven experience in creating a healthy pipeline of ready candidates for all kinds of positions
Strong analytical skills with the capacity to think and decide regarding critical matters
Strive for continuous improvement using new sourcing methods and tools.
Creativity in continuously exploring and building new channels to source for niche markets
LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a huge advantage
