Job Summary
The Sourcing Specialist will define, implement and grow talent sourcing function to support recruitment initiatives within the organization by sourcing candidates and to proactively build diverse talent pipeline for a broad range of needs, including succession planning, new positions, backfill to open positions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design and build a sourcing infrastructure that allows our team to build long term relationship with potential candidates for both offshore and onshore team.
Focus on building pipelines, diverse candidate slates, and qualifying leads, by doing initial assessment and interviews before handing leads off.
Plans, develops and drives sourcing strategies to ensure requirements are delivered within acceptable timelines.
Develops and implements various sourcing strategies and techniques to get the word out and drive qualified traffic to the recruitment pipeline.
Builds and maintains ready-now talent pool, as well as for critical and difficult profiles.
Building strong networks to enhance candidate attraction campaigns.
Build a diverse talent pipeline by identifying potential individuals for different roles.
Build an intentional pipeline of qualified candidate for specialized and high demand skill sets across the business.
Assess candidates skills and capabilities, while building relationship with them for potential future roles.
Manage proper tracking of all applicants and monitor recruitment statistics.
Requirements
At least 3 years' experience in BPO/Volume hiring with focus on target/candidate sourcing.
At least 1 year experience onshore recruitment (US).
A good eye for talent and strong intuition for technical abilities and culture-fit.
Has an active LinkedIn profile with high volume of connections is highly preferred.
Proficient in sourcing candidates through differential social media platforms and websites.
Ability to work in a fast-phased environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets.
Experience in sourcing techniques (e.g. Facebook Job Ads, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Proficient in maintaining/building a database and generating reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in offshore recruiting/sourcing a plus.
