We are hiring for a Recruitment/Sourcing specialist for our Staffing and Recruitment company in Cebu City! Weekends off! Holidays off! Free coffee!

- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource, and/or any Sales or Marketing or Business related courses
--- OPEN TO FRESH GRADS
- Must be open to a goal-oriented environment
- BPO/Recruitment/Sourcing experience is a PLUS but not required
- Experience in LEADS GENERATION and SALES is a PLUS but not required
- Proficient in MS office applications and Google Drive Office Applications
- Good to excellent communication skills Job description:

- Creates job postings on Social Media channels and various Online Job Portals;
- Does CV screening of applications based on the hiring specifications set by the clients;
- Conducts profiling/prescreening phone interviews on candidates who met the initial qualifications;
- May be assigned to accomplish other Recruitment Processes if needed
- Administer Exam, Initial Interview, Pre-employment Requirements, Job Offer
- Monitors the show-up rate and the pass rate of all applications endorsed for Hiring Process;
- Maintains candidate database;
- Plans, coordinates, and attends to special recruitment activities local and provincial;
- Performs administrative and other HR-related tasks when needed
