The role will also be responsible for Procurement Data Management which include: •Identify the kind of data required and the resources where can be collected•Structure, develop a method, implement, and enforce correct data collection policies and methods ensuring data quality•Equip assigned team member to be able to perform data collection independently and effectively•Point of contact of IT ensuring proper functioning of data sources.•Establish checks to ensure data quality•Formulate/develop special reports and analysis upon request•Conduct analysis to ensure that data collected is adequate and matches what was asked for.•Develop sustainable databases with embedded controls to ensure consistent and data quality.•Develop a self-service system wherein team access standard data anytime with an assurance that it is correct & accurate.
