The Position
The primary objective of the Sourcing Lead is to track, source and engage active and passive professionals in a variety of roles across several industry sectors, different job sectors, locations, and clients.
This is a dynamic and busy role, sourcing for as many as 10 clients at any given time using Enterprise Level Technology to invite, track, engage both new and existing Talent Communities. The key measure of success is through consistently sourcing, engaging, communicating and deploying strong reporting updates to deliver great client outcomes.
The Lead will work closely with our Account Managers and Clients and will be given the opportunity to build strong and trusted relationships with talent communities, representing the brand of RecstraFlex and its client base. This is not a business development focused role, but the Sourcing Lead will provide a considerable contribution to the pipelining and future Talent and Hires of our clients in order to resource appropriately. Additionally the role will involve including and tracking internal Talent to pools where identified by the client and designing system driven workflows for the different Talent communities.
To join our high calibre Talent Engagement Team, you need to have worked in the recruitment industry for at least 4 years. Leveraging your existing recruitment skills, you will manage the talent pipelines and ensure volumes, quality and engagement is mirrored to the clients' requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
-Sourcing suitable resources and building talent pools, managing networks, and identifying talent via a variety of external channels (e.g., LinkedIn, SEEK).
-Maintaining a current understanding of clients, account plans and market they operate in to ensure high degree of contextual knowledge and high-quality candidate briefing (as per assignment).
-Validating client requirements to ensure candidates / identified Talent meet defined business needs.
-Managing the pipeline activities including drip marketing, candidate communication and other activities directed by the Account Manager and or; client.
-Managing inclusion of internal employees to Talent Communities and candidates previously engaged or gone through the process.
-Maintaining the PowerHouse Hub database of all role progress and candidate notes.
-Working collaboratively with the Account team to ensure pipelines are kept updated and clients on opportunities and progress and industry trends.
-Pipelining resources to maintain a fresh talent pool.
-Ensuring candidate privacy requirements are acknowledged and managed appropriately.
-Ensuring clients linkedin recruiter accounts are maintained as per client request.
-Adding, mapping and creating new prescreening and onboarding recruitment processes.
-Performing end recruitment duties as per instructed by the account manager.
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
-Recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
-An understanding of Recruitment, specifically around Talent Mapping, Sourcing and Engagement.
-An eye for detail and ability to ensure all database fields are updated and maintained accurately.
-Comfortable working under pressure and towards KPI's.
-Ability to multitask and manage a large volume of client pipelining needs and conflicting priorities.
-Knowledge and use of ATS and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn recruiter.
-Previous experience using google docs, slack and messaging channels.
-Outcome focused and truly want to ensure the right passive Talent is available and tracked to the right roles.
-Ability to write candidate summary sheets, producing client reports, market updates and abstracting system data insights.
