Job Summary Handle the Online and Branding Sourcing channel Screen and evaluate resume based on the qualifications and requirements set for the position to ensure that only qualified candidates are endorsed Screen pre-qualified applicants through telephone interview and invite qualified candidates to complete the recruitment process Maintain a database of applicants and efficiently track the progress of each candidate endorsed Assist in the implementation of appropriate recruitment strategies for different searches Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional/departmental goal attainment or for personal and professional training, education, or development Gather and input leads in a database and monitor leads distributed to phone screeners Create and analyze reports to monitor hit rates of different sourcing initiatives Maintain knowledge of client's business, products and/or services. Attend training sessions to maintain or improve the level of skills. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Primary Job Responsibilities BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Average to above average understanding and use of MS Office Tools esp. MS Excel Knowledge of Sitel recruitment policies and processes (for internal) WORK EXPERIENCE At least 1 year relevant work experience EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in any Course KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES Strong interpersonal and communication skills Effective organizational and time management skills Must be able to maintain the strictest confidence Collaborative work style essential Basic computer skills with the ability to use a variety of software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to perform general administrative support and ability to communicate effectively with job applicants in person and by phone using keen listening, acknowledging and informing skills Ability to multitask while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail and accuracy Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Education Experience Target Specialized Certifications
