Job Description
- Developing a network of contacts that includes potential applicants and industry professionals
- Generate organic leads using (but not limited to) Job websites and Social Media
- Schedule interviews for the recruitment team
- Contacting leads regarding scheduled interviews (initial and final Interviews)
- Aggressive on ensuring applicants to show up on interviews (doing callouts)
- Contacting passive or No-show applicants
- Establish a network for future recruitment engagements such as commercial business establishments and Government institutions. (Vendors, merchants, PESO, DOLE)
- Strategize on marketing trends regarding sourcing and recruiting.
- Constant updates on social media presence and Job websites.
- Answering inquiries from prospects.
- Making proposals on Budgeting for sourcing engagements such as: social media / website posting, employee referral program and other sourcing engagements
- Developing employee referral systems to boost engagement
- Constant updates on employee referrals
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience of end to end sourcing process
- Well exposed to different job boards (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, and etc.)
- Good command of English Communication (written and verbal)
