Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides strategic input on best sourcing channels or effective methods for sourcing candidates and for functional talent through new and existing partnerships with vendors.
- In-charge of branding logistics for external and internal activities
- Develops and implements programs to include targeted job fairs and other activities, such as placing advertisements and networking.
- Sources passive candidates through networking, advertisements, job fairs, and branding initiatives
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1-2 years Sourcing or Recruitment exposure in a BPO set up is required
- Strong knowledge of the local talent market and sourcing channels
- Flexibility in various work situations
- Creative and innovative sourcing ideas
- Strong email and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately.
- Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Solid communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
- Ability to organise and prioritise projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment
- Highly attentive to details
- Aggressive and competitive
- With bubbly personality and easy to work with
