Sourcing Assistant (Talent Marketing Associate)
The role reports directly to the Sourcing Manager / Head of Talent Acquisition which is part of a larger division known as Talent Acquisition. Dev Partners Talent Acquisition team is responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within the organization. Employer branding, future resource planning, diversifying DP ́s labor force, and developing a robust candidate pipeline are the cornerstones of talent acquisition.
The Sourcing Assistant (Talent Marketing) role is every tactic-including content marketing, e-mail nurturing, social recruiting, mobile recruiting, the careers site, SEO (search engine optimization), employee referrals, talent networks, job marketing, employer branding, recruiting events, recruiting analytics and candidate relationship management(CRM)-that talent acquisition team members use to promote their employer brand message so that they can more successfully find, attract, engage and nurture leads and ultimately convert them into applicants.
Most of your time will be spent on the following:
You will use creative tools (canva, photoshop, illustrator) to create graphics and video for content creation that will be used on social media, online platforms (.com and review sites) and collaborate with the design team to effectively create enticing and attractive collaterals.
You will use writing skills to generate drip campaign messaging, social media posts, site content and copy supporting DP ́s Employment Brand and Recruitment Marketing strategy.
You will use talent sourcing skills such as Boolean search and open web searching to identify potential talent to gain contact information about potential prospects.
Qualifications:
Experience in marketing, public relations, talent acquisition, talent sourcing, employer branding or recruitment marketing is preferred.
