Description
a. Conduct presales meetings and technical discussions with clients to discover their pain points, communicating the full value of IPSYSTEMS' solutions and products to resolve client's needs;
b. Conduct Proof of Concept (POC)s and other technical demos;
c. Design scoping, job requirements, and specifications according to client requirements;
d. Perform various tests on process with help of test cases and prepare documents and coordinate with the Technical Manager to resolve all issues within required timeframe;
e. Collaborate within the Technology Solutions Group team to design new programs for all client implementation activities and manage all communication with the department to resolve all issues;
f. Perform research on all client issues and document all findings and implement all technical activities;
g. Prepare and maintain all technical and business documents and collaborate the Service and Support Group in providing support to clients' issues;
h. Establish all technical project requirements and maintain effective professional relationships with all clients and organize all project materials;
i. Train client's technical staff on all hardware and software issues and identify all issues in processes and provide solutions for same.
