Job Description
- Support Business Development Manager and Ops Team in gathering the necessary data and documents required to trigger customer setup and integration processes.
- Work with the internal development team and customer to ensure smooth a swift end-to-end system integration process.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to data transformation and flow.
- Create comprehensive documentation of integration process for each client for future reference, training and support purposes.
- Project management of integration process, including providing status updates, resource management, communication across sales, technical teams and end users.
- Monitor, upgrade and troubleshoot integrations with all clients, and help automating these processes.
- Provide on-line and on-site system training to retailers, suppliers, and 3PLs.
Lead and implement best practices and principles for the application system and platform.
Lead the technical governance and management of technical tasks required for the application system and platform.
Monitor and review all the capability and enhancements.
Reviews and validates the Solution Plan to ensure the efficiency, accuracy and completeness of the Solution Design.
Leveraging the platform architecture and high level solution defined during feasibility and ideation stages.
Manage the System Analyst resources assignment for every approved demand.
Accountable for every cutover activities to deploy the project enhancements in production.
Leads the support team during the stabilization period after the cutover.
Hiring Requirements
Must be a Bachelor's degree holder.
At least 5-10 years relevant experience in Systems Integration
Good organizational skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good prioritization skills, yet flexible enough to adapt plans
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Understanding of complex information and requirements
Ability to explain complex information and technologies in simple terms
