Job Description
As Solution Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for end-to-end process of IT Solutions Delivery. Conceptualize, plan, implement, test, and manage varying forms of IT solutions and their delivery for different platforms, applications, and / or environments.
Duties and Responsibilities
Meet with stakeholders to gather and understand IT solutions requirements and needs. Coordinate with different stakeholders to develop different IT Solutions and ensure its availability, integrity, and completeness
Compilation of all related metrics and reports, meeting facilitation, and activity management.
Conceptualize, develop, lead, implement, test and manage the IT Solutions and their delivery, from request to BAU (Service/solutions Delivery life Cycle). Design, execute and implement IT solutions on all aspects.
Plan, Design, develop, test and implement IT Solutions in all areas; process, people, hardware, software, systems etc.
Leads and/or support roll out of mature process methodology enhancements to improve Delivery operations
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or any related field
At least 5 yrs experience in solutions delivery
In-depth skills using MS Applications especially MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.
Intermediate to advance understanding of SLDC, waterfall, Agile delivery, Scrum Master, AWS Expert, Project Management, and Process Improvements.
Intermediate to advance understanding of hardware, software and mobile technologies.
Systems integrator
Strong attention to detail. Keen to details.
Extensive experience in quality control preferred
Problem-solve in complex situations.
Ability to work under pressure.
Organized and well planned.
Ability to self-learn.
Passionate.
A systematic and sound approach to planning and organization.
Good and effective communication skills.
Good and effective time management and goal-oriented.
Can work independently and long hours.
Effective in presenting, negotiating, and communicating with all levels of the organization.
