Position Summary
Stealth Monitoring Development is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Architect who will be part of monitoring platform team. You will be involved in architecture decisions, software design and development guidance. Working closely with development leads and devops engineers to deliver software that makes an impact to our business needs. Additional responsibilities include enforce coding standards, best practices and recommendation of tools and platforms. In this role you will use the latest technologies and development practices the industry.
As a solutions Architect you need to have strong experience in developing reliable and maintainable software for desktop and cloud applications using latest programming languages and frameworks. You also have experience in running web services, APIs in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. This role suits a highly motivated and skilled individual with excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Build applications that meet functional and non-functional requirements
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Define application tiers, data models and dependencies
• Help the team with testing plans, unit, and integration tests
• Help the team materialize architecture designs and decisions
• Gather technical requirements driven by business needs
• Enhance the performance and maintainability of our applications
• Mentor other developers as needed
• Collaborate with devops and infrastructure teams
Advantage
• Exposure to dealing with video files and video streaming
• Experience working with streaming protocols and technologies like FFmpeg, WebRTC ,HLS etc.
• Experience working with event streaming and processing platforms
• Experience delivering security and identity management requirement
• Experience in distributed highly available systems
• Experience developing and architecting applications Microsoft Azure
• Experience in devops tools and any Continuous Integration/Continuous deployment tools (Azure Devops, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, CircleCI etc.)
• Experience in coaching and mentoring peers and developers on best practices and patterns for cloud applications
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work efficiently and productively with minimum direction or guidance
• Capable of exercising extreme discretion and independent judgment
• Agility and comfort with changing requirements and frequent customer feedback
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Required:
• Graduate of BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, and other related courses

EXPERIENCE
Required:
• 10+ years of experience in design and development of customer facing software and critical applications
• 3+ years of experience in development and deployment to cloud PaaS offerings
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft technologies .NET core, Visual Studio
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing web application, APIs, desktop applications using industry standards and common pattern like microservices architecture, data stores, event-driven architecture
• 5+ years of experience delivering frontend applications in commonly used UI frameworks like React, Angular or Vue
• Experience writing high quality functional unit tests targeting high code coverage
• Experience following agile principles using Scrum or other agile frameworks
CORE COMPETENCIES
• Programming in C#, .Net Core, .NET Framework, javascript, python, T-SQL
• Building, Troubleshooting, debugging skills & tools like Visual Studio
• Deployment in cloud instances with docker containers, running container orchestrator like Kubernetes or swarm
• Software development lifecycle with tools and version control system
• Experience in working with distributed remote teams
• Excellent communication skills: strong English is required
• Agility and comfort with changing requirements and frequent customer feedback
