The Role As Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing systems architecture that will meet business needs. He / She will be responsible for requirements gathering and functional specifications, assessing the current software systems in place and identifying areas that need improvement, and overseeing development teams. Provides a regular update to Enterprise Architect Head on any developments in systems architecture projects. Solution Architect should be able to integrate any updated specifications and requirements into the systems architecture. Must be good at articulating the solution including complex problems. How you'll contribute Build and integrate information systems to meet the company's needs Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it Resolve technical problems as they arise Identify the customer requirements, analyze the alternatives, and conduct product recommendations related to the platform, software, and network configurations Provides supervision and guidance to development teams Continuous research on current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented Provides updates to stakeholders on product development processes, cost, and budget What we're looking for Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other related courses. Certification in relevant IT/PM, AWS Solutions Architect, Open Group Architect, and IT Architect Professional will be an advantage. At least 5 years of proven experience in Software Engineering and Architecture design. Understanding of and ability to integrate all systems including operating systems, Banking applications, networks, and databases. In-depth understanding of coding languages (Java, Javascript, Python, Ruby, PHP, etc). Sound knowledge of various Operating Systems and Databases. Must possess leadership skills, communications skills, and writing skills. Must be highly dedicated, motivated, proactive, engaged, and with a strong sense of ownership. Should be able to lead/facilitate discussion on banking-related applications and systems with the different Bank's Business/Operations groups
