Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
With at least 8 years of experience in Telecom in wide range of roles - Architecture, Operations, High Performance Application Development, Infrastructure and other related roles
With application solution or integration background
Must have have hands on experience in BSS/OSS platforms and enterprise integration platforms
Experience building enterprise architecture road map as well as architecture frameworks
Demonstrated skills in Team Leadership, Coaching, Practice Development, Competency Building
Knowledge of UI/UX, excellent in oral and written communications and presentation skills
Preferably local resident of Angeles City, Pampanga or nearby areas

Job Description
Design and planning of software solutions and work with enterprise apps team in the implementation of all enterprise applications including but not limited to OSS/BSS, ordering, inventory, legacy and cloud-based apps, HRIS, CRM and billing and assurance systems
Work closely with the enterprise apps team, business (BOs) and users to improve the software applications continuously, achieve best practices high efficiency and effectiveness that will scale along with the rapidly growing business
Liaise with tier 2, 3 on the development of system enhancement to overcome known problems and propose appropriate solution to fulfill user requirements and oversee deployment and productions releases
Assist customers in the development of fully integrated systems including infrastructure and applications software
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, solution integrators, other third party service providers and the customer in the strategic design process to translate business needs into enterprise level solutions
Demonstrate technical expertise in both infrastructure, application and security OPS as well as CI/CD
