Accompany the client in defining his needs and direct him towards the appropriate solutions within the framework of critical and cross-organizational business projects . Frequently represent the unit on various committees composed of members of senior management and with decision-making bodies. . Act as a consultant in his field of specialty and represent his unit with senior management authorities regarding the various mandates entrusted to him Identify solutions that take into account the alignment of projects, solutions and the strategic objectives of CGI as well as of the business partner it supports. . Develop and recommend strategic orientations necessary for the realization of projects based on cost assessment and feasibility studies . Ensure that the proposed solutions are consistent with the corporate architecture vision in place, the ongoing projects and in compliance with the defined frameworks. . Coordinate the integration of different expertise in solution architecture in order to complete the initiative under his responsibility. . Participate in the development of application targets related to the business sectors it serves. . Maintain a global understanding of the application portfolio of its sector and participate in the maintenance of its inventory. . Ensure the quality of project deliverables in his area of expertise. . Support start-up projects to communicate the vision of the solution. . Do a market watch on your area of expertise. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Experience in several technologies (e.g. application development, security, telephony, robotization of processes/RPA, ticketing/ServiceNow, BPMS/BPMN, cloud computing, API-REST, etc.) . Degree in an appropriate discipline . 5 years of relevant experience . Knowledge of application architecture and infrastructures . Demonstrated experience in integrating application solutions (mainly java, Cobol, Access) . Intermediate level English . Have participated in projects in Agile mode (asset) .
