Job Description Understand client requirements to implement and configure application functionality, data integrations, and data transformation rules. Operate within the full deployment cycle of a client implementation, from initial pre/post sales planning and scoping meetings, to client walk-through of model and UI delivery. You will communicate directly with clients to help solve issues and identify potential data challenges and data validation problems. Big Data Solution Architect manages the overall development and implementation of plans for architecture components and services. Be a strong thought leader in big data engineering and big data architecture Develop a strategic vision and drive the evolution of Globe's big data platform and analytics capabilities. This will mean working with Hadoop, tools that integrate with it, data integration tools, quality tools, wrangling tools and various tools that can help data engineers and data scientists work with data. Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements and use-cases, create solutions that leverage big data and cloud technologies, and drive the technical architecture and implementation plan. Provide big data subject matter expertise during technical consultations by business and product groups or other solutions architects Evaluate, recommend, design, and implement on-premise and on cloud big data technologies and infrastructure that enable a high performing, scalable, secure and stable solutions Work with development, infrastructure, test, support, and other concerned teams to ensure proper implementation of new capabilities, technologies, infrastructure, and solutions Define standards, policies and best practices Create architecture and technical design documents to communicate solutions to implementing teams Develop proofs-of-concept, minimum viable products, prototypes, and product demos Provide effort and budget estimates for the solution Champion data privacy and information security laws, policies and standards Bring industry best practices to turn data into a strategic asset and foster data-driven decision making The person should have experience in High volume/TPS streaming systems as a technical architect and should have experience in the following: Java Experienced with File / FileStream Manipulation Experienced in Executor Classes Knowledgeable in Springboot Distributed Computing and Microservices Architecture Experienced in Event Sourcing Architecture Apache Spark / Flink Aerospike (KVSNo-SQL) or Cassandra, Druid Proficient in Kafka, Kafka Streams, KSQL Experienced in Messaging Queue technology(RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc) Experienced in Business Process Automation and Rules Engine (jBPM, Camunda) Experienced in DevOps Tool Chest (Jenkins, Sonar, Ansible, Git, Gogs, ArgoCD, CI/CD, Blue/Green, Canary Testing) Experienced in AWS Services Experienced in Kubernetes/Containerisation (Openshift) Grafana, Prometheus, ISTIO Superset Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
