Job Description Understand client requirements to implement and configure application functionality, data integrations, and data transformation rules. Operate within the full deployment cycle of a client implementation, from initial pre/post sales planning and scoping meetings, to client walk-through of model and UI delivery. You will communicate directly with clients to help solve issues and identify potential data challenges and data validation problems. The OSS Solutions Architect, will design a holistic OSS eco-system that can support all operational requirements for all network and business groups. The architect will draft high level and low level architectural diagrams articulating the design, considerations, benefit roadmap and principles used. The OSS Architect will ensure the OSS eco-system will support operational areas such as; service assurance, service fulfillment, service orchestration, asset and resource inventory, device management, service chaining, robotic automation, cognitive interfaces and process digitization/automation. Will also develop a strategic plan for continuous transformation of the OSS eco-system to support new technologies and zero touch operations.
