In this role, you'll help organizations optimize their workflows using DocuXplorer-a powerful document management platform that simplifies compliance, improves access to information, and drives efficiency.You'll work directly with clients to understand their challenges, design tailored solutions, and inspire adoption with engaging demos and training.What You'll Do
Collaborate with clients to identify document management needs.
Deliver engaging demos that showcase the business value of DocuXplorer.
Train client teams and empower power users to integrate workflows.
Drive adoption and ensure successful client onboarding.
Spot upsell opportunities and expand DocuXplorer usage across client organizations.
Provide consultative guidance to align solutions with business goals.
What We're Looking ForMust-Have:
Experience in solution architecture, consulting, or business process improvement.
Strong understanding of business workflows and efficiency strategies.
Ability to explain technical concepts (APIs, databases, AI, compliance) in simple terms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with document management tools (DocuXplorer or similar).
Background in IT consulting or SaaS implementation.
Proven track record in delivering software demos and training.
Working Conditions
Type: Full-Time, Remote
Location: Philippines (Agusan del Norte/Butuan preferred, open nationwide)
Compensation: $1,499-$1,800 USD/month
Start Date: September 2025
