They arecurrently assembling their pioneering team of developers and they are in search of a passionate, skillful, and self-motivated QA Tester to join their engineering team to help build their fault-tolerant, scalable zero code enterprise PaaS and SaaS. Duties and Responsibilities: Split time of 25% active development work and 75% Leadership, technical guidance and mentoring to a team of Sydney & Manila based engineers Conduct code reviews and pair programming to ensure quality and efficiency of team Work closely with Product Management to ensure business goals are met Act as a scrum master for your team Drive the use of agile practices through the team and the continuous evolution of coding standards Planning and reporting on progress of projects Provide technical direction on the Platform development and infrastructure Address technical debt, scalability, performance, and general platform maintainability Write technical designs/specifications for upcoming features that address business requirements Undertake prototypes or investigations where required to determine direction or model of upcoming features Perform technical assessment for all project requirements and produce estimates Must-have Skills / Qualification: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or any related field At least 5 years of experience as a technical lead or any similar role Advanced knowledge of programming languages of the Microsoft Stack, REACT, and JavaScript A solid grasp of software engineering best practices, including Git version control. Cares about well-written code, accessibility, and maintainability.
