Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services.
Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Cross-sell products, when appropriate.
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store's design).
Requirements
A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Have a high proficiency in spoken and written English.
Proven work experience in software sales or a similar role.
Have great interpersonal skills and is customer service orientated.
An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales.
Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
