Job Description We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to execute software testing procedures. The QA is responsible for identifying and analyzing errors found during the testing phase to ensure software runs smoothly. Our ideal candidate will be responsible in documenting the test results and collaborate with software developers to fix the errors.
Job Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES
Test current software and identifying deficiencies
Suggest solutions to identified software problems
Investigate software quality in order to make improvements to achieve better results
Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
Collaborate with the Development team to ensure consistent project execution
Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
Oversee continuous improvement projects
Collect quality data
Identify key KPIs for software quality
Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years Quality Assurance experience
Experience with web-based application testing
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player and who's willing to work side by side with the development team
Good time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Detail oriented
In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and the testing life cycle
Familiarity with scripting languages used in test automation
A bachelor's degree in computer related field, engineering, or relevant field
Location: Cebu

Compensation 40000
Compensation Range ₱30,000 - ₱50,000
