We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer! Your attention to detail will shine as you take part in special projects within 24-7 Intouch's product development division, Laivly. As Software Quality Assurance Engineer, You Will...
Plan and execute the testing of software systems in web, mobile, desktop and machine learning environments
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Product Managers, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineers and UI Designers building tools to improve business operations and the lives of our global workforce
Work in an agile software development environment
Review new testing tools and techniques to refine our Software Testing Life Cycle
Participate in the continuous improvement of test processes and methodologies
Create and improve testing-related documentation, including test plans, test cases, defect reports and process/training related materials
Interact with product stakeholders to review requirements and design appropriate test cases
Love technology
Utilize your supernatural abilities to find creative solutions to challenging problems
Requirements
As Software Quality Assurance Engineer, You Have...
At least 3 years of software testing experience
Basic SQL scripting ability
Experience testing in desktop, web and mobile development environments
Proficiency with fundamental testing types such as Functional, Regression, Acceptance, Exploratory, GUI, Usability and Performance
The ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, principles and solutions
A passion for quality and the desire to deliver an exceptional user experience
Creative problem-solving skills
Great communication skills
Experience in an agile development environment (an asset)
Experience with TestComplete or other test automation tools such as Selenium, Ranorex or Quality Center (an asset)
