Quality Assurance Engineer Intern is responsible in conducting software testing and quality assurance for applications.
The Quality Assurance engineer position for interns will focus on ensuring high quality of both internal and external applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop test cases based on the test design
• Prepare test data
• Regularly check the system for defects or issues
• Execute tests and review the results
• Report and document defects or issues to the development team
• Assist in troubleshooting
• Submit daily progress reports
• Review and analyze the system specification
Minimum Qualifications
• Within 12 months of completing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Can render a minimum of 480 hours to 960 maximum hours of internship
• Deep understanding and interest in Quality Assurance and Software testing
• Knowledge in developing test scripts, system testing and debugging
• Must be patient and keen to details
• Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools/software quickly
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Willing to report to Ortigas, Pasig
• Internship allowance available
