Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive quality assurance testing on all the developed websites and digital retailing products, to guarantee functional and aesthetic standards.
- Work with Scrum team members in an Agile approach to analyze project requirements with the goal of increasing efficiency in testing deliverables and decreasing risk
- Cultivate, maintain and improve QA testing as an SME across different products and platform
Identify test scenarios, write and execute detailed test cases, develop and execute manual and automated - smoke, functional, integration, and regression test
- Evaluate and test change requests to determine that the software meets the defined requirements
- Work collaboratively within a high-performance team to clarify and test business/functional requirements and effectively deal with issues as they arise
- Conduct program and template testing using exploratory functional test cases, and regression models
- Responsible for defect tracking, communication, and resolution throughout the software testing life cycle
Required Experience
- 1-3 years' experience in writing, executing and reporting on detailed manual and automated test cases-smoke, sanity, functional, integration, regression, load and performance tests
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or other related technical fields is preferred.
- 1-3 years' solid understanding of QA concepts, best practices, processes and tools
A Successful Candidate must have
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of web & mobile application testing
- Experience with collaboration to support release planning, estimation, and delivery processes
- Experience with end-to-end defect tracking, communication and management of QA bugs found from the testing life cycle
