Responsibility:
Create test cases
Conduct testing on developed product/system
Provide corrective and preventive measures to regulatory and internal audit non-conformities
Resolve issues / concerns raised regarding the system
Keep track of generated system reports
Document all testing activities
Coordinate with development team on projects
Write easy-to-understand user text to guide clients in the use of the products
Create tutorials to help end-users navigate a variety of applications
Conduct product demo/training based on written product manuals as needed
