Position Summary
The role of Senior Software Licensing advisor for SAP is to provide exceptional remote-based domain expertise on SAP license inquiries, SAP licence health checks, Audit defence and asset management strategies. Working with the broader Invictus licence specialist to help support both prospect and current clients with their SAP licence challenges.
· Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Engage with client and/or prospects to identify and assess SAP license or support policy concerns
o Provide detailed guidance regarding SAP audit processes, license entitlements and address client audit/compliance concerns
o Articulate possible SAP licensing or vendor support obstacles and options to address
o Analyse and report on SAP license usage and provide asset management guidance
o Build rapport with clients and become the trusted advisor on SAP license or support policy questions
o Keep abreast of industry and vendor activities or policy changes in the SAP license space
Qualifications/Skills/Experience

o Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

o 3-6 years plus experience with SAP License audit, SAP contracts or asset management experience
o Deep understanding on SAP license audit process and USMM/SLAW/LMBI reporting, data analysis and compliance risk mitigation strategies
o Expert level of knowledge on SAP license metrics, modules/engine packages and contract terms
o Experience on use of one or more software asset management solutions (Snow Software, VOQUZ, Flexera, ServiceNow)
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PPT, Word).
o Ability to speak and instil confidence with a range of client roles from the C-suite down to the DBA level
