This should also include people and presentation skills, who can handle project stakeholders for development and automation projects. Key Responsibilities . Code and optimize code to get the best possible performance across systems . Demonstrate dedication to code quality . Work closely with other developers in a tightly knit, agile team . Evaluate alternative approaches to meet project objectives . Maintain and improve existing applications . Keep your ear to the ground and help us incorporate industry best practices and important developments . SDLC - software requirements, software design, software configuration management, software engineering tools and methods . Strong problem solving and analytical skills . Constant communication with other business partners to develop and deploy their ideas. Also, ensure that there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe and what are its requirements. . Exposure to SQL databases in terms of configuration and tuning . Know how to design technical specification document for automation and development projects . Experience with analysis, design, and implementation of the process. Technical Skills/Experience . Proficient in PHP, Laravel, C#.Net, Javascript, AJAX, jQuery, CSS and HTML . Hands on experience in handling and maintaining databases of MS SQL Server, MySQL . Full development experience on generating data reports utilizing Power BI . Familiar running, fine tuning and deployment of applications on an Apache web server . Familiar with Azure services and deployment of applications on a cloud environment . Experience with leading RPA technologies is a plus factor . Experience creating and supporting custom reports from MSSQL is desirable . Experience with Productivity and Work Allocation tools (i.e., Verint) is desirable Position Requirements: Required Education: . Graduate with Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science Degree and equivalent work experience required. . Must have 3 to 5 years development experience.Years of Experience: . Should have 1 to 3 years of strong experience in Software Development/Engineering and Application Support Role Specific Knowledge: . He/she should be able to build effective working relationships with various other IT teams within Shearwater Health . He/she should be able to articulate and communicate the related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff. . Experience of working with virtual project team membersSoft Skills: . High energy level and be able to effectively work with various cross functional teams. . Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
