Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate autonomously and as part of a wider team to deliver solutions for our client base.
- Build and implement in-house solutions, integrated with commercial and open source tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities, automate repeatable tasks and improve the Equate security operations product and services.
- Implement and support continuous integration and delivery capabilities, whilst integrating best-practice security methodologies.
- Contribute to our journey in implementing infrastructure-as-code solutions to enable reliable, rapid deployment of security and technology solutions across on-prem, hybrid and public cloud environments.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 3 years' experience working in a software development role Experience implementing and integrating applications and network management tools and protocols.
- Experience working with containerisation technologies.
- Experience working with public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proven software development skills in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Go, JavaScript).
- Proven ability to create detailed, thoughtful and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Experience implementing and supporting Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment methodologies and technologies.
- Experience implementing and operating orchestration, configuration management and automation applications (Saltstack, Git, Ansible, Jenkins, Packer, Terraform).
- Experience working with virtualization technologies.
- Experience working with containerisation technologies.
- Experience working with public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience working with the Elastic stack.
