OptumRx, part of the UnitedHealth Group family of businesses, member portal is web based application build in Java, J2EE, and Spring, Web services, Drupal, Angular JS and Oracle technology stack. It is mission critical application. This web portal allows user to manage their medication needs via Medicine Cabinet, Order Status, Claims History and other Tools.
Primary Responsibilities:
Web Development for the Rapid Response Scrum Team
Analyze, design and development of application web component
Ensure all goals are reached on the committed timelines
Perform design, code, ensure conformance to the team's development process and standards
Adhere to and advocacy of environment standards
Work with the Deployment Lead, peer developers to complete various project deployment activities
Adhere to proper use of source control
Ensure delivery of technical artifacts for each project
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so.
Qualifications:
5-7+ years of Information Technology experience with a combination of experience in the following technical disciplines like Java/J2EE, React JS
Solid experience in React JS, HTML, CSS
Working experience using Java/J2EE
Working experience using Azure, AWS (Cloud) - nice to have
Experience on Hibernate, Oracle, MySQL and other relevant technology
Experience on Continuous Integration and Delivery, DevOps implementation
Experience in Web Services - Restful and Soap
Exposure on Cloud Application development (full development cycle)
Good knowledge in Spring, IOC, AOP and Transaction Management
Basic knowledge in Drupal
Database design and implementation, systems integration or middleware solution design
Strong ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups of business and technical stakeholders
Exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people
Amenable to work on a midshift from 5PM - 2AM PHL time
Amenable to work in IT Park, Cebu City
