Neksjob is looking for Software Engineers that can build applications for web and mobile devices. Systems developed will be both internally and externally facing. Candidate must have the talent to switch contexts and have strong familiarity around multiple types of technologies. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has extensive experience in working with multi-functional teams globally.POSITION REQUIREMENTS
*- 3+ years' experience in Java or Java Enterprise Edition
*Proficiency in Java, CSS, HTML and XML
*Strong relational database development using Microsoft SQL
*Experience using established engineering methodologies through all stages of the software development life cycle
*Extensive knowledge of software development techniques and methodologies.
*Advanced knowledge of code development, source control processes, documentation techniques, tool integration, and implementation automation.
NICE TO HAVE:
*Experience in Java Enterprise is highly desired
*Experience with MVC architecture, Kafka, Spark and Crystal reports
*Advanced knowledge of cloud services for advancement of an application's reliability, maintainability and sophistication such as Twilio, Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure
*Knowledge of automating development processes to improve efficiencies.
*Ability to maintain server operating system, software (database, web server, etc), and network configuration.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successful development and implementation of web/mobile applications
Troubleshoot and solve issues as they arise
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Utilize the user feedback experience to its fullest by incorporating design changes quickly
Follows the software development lifecycle.
Build your understanding of algorithms and mathematical calculations by incorporating our algorithms into the new app.
Expand education level with new technologies and trends relating to Java/Java Enterprise Edition/Django/PyCharm development
Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Work from home but you may be asked to visit the site once pandemic is over or if needed.
