Responsibilities:
As a developer on our team, you will be instrumental in the entire application development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
Design & Development: Assist in defining requirements, design applications to meet business needs, and configure, build, and test components.
Collaboration: Participate in transitioning designs to developers, conduct code reviews, and work with testers to fix defects and performance issues.
Documentation: Create technical and functional documentation for applications and systems.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively improve your skills and expertise through training, collaborate with team members to identify best practices, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers (for mid-level and senior roles).
Leadership (Senior Roles): Lead daily team meetings, provide technical guidance, identify and implement best practices to improve workflows, and act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2 years Experience in ASP.NET Webforms or ASP.NET MVC, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery.
Skills in unit testing and/or Test-Driven Development.
Experience in developing/consuming web services/WCF and working with Team Foundation Server (TFS).
Hands-on experience with MVC, MVP, and/or MVVM design patterns.
Microsoft solutions developer certifications such as MCP, MCSD, or MCAD.
