Welink MCS is hiring for a Software Development Manager on behalf of a client partner in the Human Capital Software Management Company

Responsibilities
•Lead a team of Software Engineers to deliver reliable and high-performance production software and can manage multiple teams.
•Assign and facilitate team members to fully complete tasks and goals on time.
• Assist and guide software engineers.
•Develop policies and procedures that will improve overall platform stability.
•Mentor and empower Software Engineers by giving them skills and motivation to make decisions.
•Recruit high performers that can provide feedback, creates and delivers performance reviews regularly.
• Develop new techniques to create a feature and capabilities with the highest level of quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability
Requirements
•Must have strong expertise in Software Development with Leadership Role leading at least 10 Developers.
•Must have 3 years working experience in the related position.
•Must have to experience on C#.net, .Net Core, SQL Server, Javascript, mobile app development, and AWS hosting Knowledge of Nativescript and Vue.js will be a plus
