Position Overview: Software Developer
 
We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals, whether you are:
A fresh graduate or career starter, or
A developer with more than 1 year of experience
Training will be provided after assessment, regardless of experience level.
Key Responsibilities
 
During Training:
Take ownership of the knowledge and skills taught during training
Actively learn unfamiliar technical and domain concepts
Communicate effectively and provide feedback to trainers
Demonstrate eagerness to grow as a full-stack developer
After Training:
Collaborate with the Scrum team to deliver high-quality software
Continuously improve development processes and project workflows
Deliver shippable increments every sprint with the team
Gather and analyze end-user requirements
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems
Review user feedback to enhance software performance and usability
Create and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications
 
For Fresh Graduates / Less Than 1 Year Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
Willingness to undergo training and learn new technologies
Strong problem-solving mindset and teamwork skills
For Experienced Developers (1+ Year Experience):
Proficient in any of the following is an advantage:
