Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and explore all possible options for designing and deriving the best software solution.
Conducts data gathering for internally initiated projects or external customer requests
Develop software according to functional and technical design specifications.
Create and design databases, views, stored procedures, T-SQL statements and user-defined functions of varying complexity with "best practices" approach to keys, indices and relationships in SQL.
Assesses, troubleshoots, documents, upgrades and develops maintenance procedures; Reviews code(s) for potential performance issues, reusability, and/or anomalies.
Provides high-level support to software related system disturbances and other contingencies.
Supports database system maintenance to assure business continuity.
Pre-Evaluate and Responds to Change Requests.
Assist in continual improvement of IT section.
Supports mandated companywide regulatory compliances
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree for Computer Science, Information Technology or related IT field.
Progressive work experience in successful software project management
Excellent in organizational, planning and time-management skills.
Knowledgeable with various type of software development tools.
Knowledgeable to RDBMS concepts.
Familiarity in SDLC concepts.
Capable to establish effective working relationship among team members or various level of the organization.
Excellent in analytical skills and problem-solving.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Professional certification is an advantage.
Business goal oriented.
