Core Responsibilities
Lead development with Ruby on Rails, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
Design, build, and optimize APIs that power applications and integrations.
Partner with the team to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Write clean, secure, and testable code aligned with best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Requirements
Proven expertise in Ruby on Rails (core framework).
Strong experience in API development (design + implementation).
Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL experience a plus).
Familiarity with secure coding practices and scalable architecture.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
