Your future duties and responsibilities: The role will support sales and delivery teams in developing and delivering Environmental, Social and Government benefits to our clients. . Lead on social value aspects of any opportunity - supporting the Growth team . Develop knowledge on the Social Value framework, including sub award criteria and KPIs as well as any client specific requirements . Liaise with other business units and central teams where required for a specific opportunity . Develop & maintain reusable content -including ownership of the service values . Conduct research to support proposal development . Provide writing, proofreading and editing support opportunities . Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the scoring criteria shared by the clients . Collaborate with the broader UK Social Value community to drive ongoing and new initiatives - share best practices with our Growth team . Where applicable, lead the delivery of Social Value solutions with our clients Note: this aligns to UK Career Framework - Proposal Manager Level 4 as it's a new role Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Experience in presales role . Personal interest in social value creation . Work well within a wider bid team .
