We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for creating social media content- from copywriting to scheduling posts on our client’s social platforms. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, possesses extreme attention to detail, and knows how to prioritize assigned tasks. DAY-SHIFT, FIXED SATURDAYS-SUNDAYS OFF!
Job Responsibilities:
Go through emails and set up draft responses
Create social media content and advertisement
Ability to write extremely well
Pull leads from sales navigator platform to get more prospect clients
Set up press releases to prospect clients in the mass emailing platform
Set up calls for prospect clients (Calendly or Zoom)
Update media lists if necessary
Set up Dropbox links for high-resolution images
Keep track of press hits/coverage for clients and set up drafts providing them with a copy of the coverage
Prepare PR summaries, reports and updates, and files in WIP format
Keep track of influencers/bloggers who have been sent products by the clients, communicate and make sure they have done their IG posts/stories 2 or 3 weeks after receiving the products
Schedule pick-up and delivery of PR packages
Other admin tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Preferably with 1 year or more experience in customer service, office administration, project management, or as a Virtual Assistant
Able to work methodically, accurately, and neatly
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to apply independent judgment, discretion, and initiative to address problems and develop solutions
Demonstrate ability to use various computer software/programs and proficiency in using standard office software packages, i.e. Microsoft Office and GSuite
