Onerent is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing Team.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical, creative and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have exceptional skills in planning and executing social strategies and thrive working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. He or she should have experience running effective and successful social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Build and execute social media strategy through trend research, competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Create, plan and execute on social media calendar
Generate, edit, and publish content (original text, images, or video) that builds meaningful connections to encourage community engagement
Moderate all user generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Collaborate with the rest of the departments (customer success, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions to answer questions or resolve concerns posted in social media
Write long and short form social media messages that attract new users and engaged existing users
Track, monitor and share social media performance report
Maintain high level of personal organization, including documentation, reporting and the use of project management software
Qualifications
Proven track record in a fast-paced environment and comfort with a swiftly changing landscape2+ years of experience in managing social media platforms
Demonstrable results contributing meaningful amounts of pipeline and revenue by leveraging a variety of marketing channels (including, but not limited to: website, paid media, search, email, third party partnerships and live/virtual events).
Fundamental understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adept content marketing and writing skills
Graphic Design experience is a bonus.
