The role will be responsible for managing and executing the company's social media marketing and communication strategies. 
 
Responsibilities: 
Develop and curate high-quality, engaging multimedia content that aligns with the brand's voice for various social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tiktok)
Identify target audiences and create content tailored to their interests and preferences
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions of the brand
Foster positive relationships with the online community by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally
Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g. engagement rate, reach, clicks, conversions) 
Create regular reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of social media efforts to stakeholders
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to meet specific campaign objectives
Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
To assume other duties as requested by the Management of Select VoiceCom
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
1-3 years of experience in managing social media platforms for businesses 
Solid understanding of social media best practices
Proficiency in creating various types of content, including text, images, videos and graphics
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing
Must be outgoing and comfortable with being the public face of the brand, including participating in live streams, webinars, and engaging with followers directly 
Solid understanding of social media analytics
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a brand's voice and tone consistently
Advanced proficiency in creating and optimizing meta campaigns
Experience working in a BPO company is a plus
