The Consumer Care Supervisor is responsible for driving operational activities and ensuring timely, accurate and efficient service delivery based on agreed service level objectives focusing on improving end-user satisfaction.
A day in the life of...
Supervise implementation and execution of team's daily activities and functions in Consumer Care
Manage and monitor the quality of services delivered to customers in accordance with Service Level Agreements
Identify and lead the resolution of issues affecting performance or services provided to the Markets, customers, and the support units of NBS Manila
Perform Continuous Improvement programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible
Collaborate with specific markets in implementing best practices across markets
Continuously motivate, develop, counsel and train subordinates to maintain effectiveness
What will make you successful
Graduate of at least a Bachelor's Degree
At least three years' work experience in Customer Service and Social Media Services
At least three years' work experience as a supervisor
Demonstrates ability to develop and lead a team
Effectively handles pressure and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities
Understands customer requirements and able to effectively prioritize activities
Able to propose and implement improvements
Be able to create a spirit of teamwork among peers, rapport with counterparts
Amenable to any shift
