About the RoleThe company is looking for a Social Media Quality Assurance Analyst to help manage their creator program. You'll be responsible for reviewing 100-300 creator videos daily, applying company content policy, and determining accurate payouts. Your work directly ensures that creators are paid fairly and consistently, while protecting the company's brand standards.This role requires very high attention to detail and the ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy. You'll be reviewing videos, assigning payout percentages, and documenting reasons for each decision in a Google Sheet tracking system.Responsibilities
Review all creator videos daily (100-300/day) based on the Content Policy.
Assign payout percentages (Full, Partial 20-70%, or No Payment) and update payment amounts directly in the tracking sheet.
Log clear notes for each review (e.g., "Partial 60% - missing in-video text, no comments").
Flag borderline or unclear cases for follow-up.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
Excellent attention to detail - accuracy matters more than speed.
Comfortable working in Google Sheets and reviewing high volumes of data.
Strong written communication for leaving clear payout notes.
Ability to work independently and follow structured review processes.
Reliable daily availability - must complete reviews by end of each day (report sent in morning).
Discretion and consistency when applying payout rules.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Social media familiarity (TikTok, Instagram).
Prior data entry, content moderation, or quality assurance work.
Experience reviewing influencer/UGC content a plus, but not required.
